USPS is experiencing delays in shipping and scanning items-- this may result in packages being delayed or showing as delivered before they arrive. I am asking for your understanding in this matter, as I still ship every order on time and I will always fight to ensure that you receive your goods.
Candles are made to order and processing time is between 1 and 5 business days before shipment. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your item has shipped.
Please be sure you are available to retrieve your package from the mailbox as soon as possible, as soy wax is very sensitive to heat and will begin to melt around 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
Make sure that you have entered the right mailing address. If you didn't receive your item due to wrong address you provided you will be responsible for re-shipping cost. Please keep track of your delivery day so you know when its being delivered. Package Theft is not covered with Shipping insurance and we will not replace at our expense.
We will thoroughly wrap everything to make sure it is able to make it during transit, but we aren’t responsible for things outside of our control, such as the postman not handling boxes correctly, or long shipping times resulting in melting.
Due to the custom nature and accurate descriptions of our products, all sales are FINAL. Cancellations can only be provided up to 2 hours after your order is placed. Please read the product descriptions to be sure of the size, ingredients, and scents you will be receiving before purchasing.
If your order arrives damaged or you have any concerns, please email me at email@example.com with photos and a description of your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable and you will be responsible for the postage on re-shipments.
